Shipping & Delivery

Processing times
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping methods & estimated timeframes (Australia Post)
We dispatch orders from Victoria via Australia Post with tracking. Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:

Standard (Parcel Post): 2–4 business days (same state) / 3–6 business days (interstate)
Express (Express Post, if available): 1–2+ business days (same state) / 1–3+ business days (interstate)

These delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, weather events, and peak periods.

Shipping rates
Free Standard Shipping: Free on all orders unless stated otherwise.
Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Orders & tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly and the order is returned to us, we may, at our discretion:

  • charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order, or

  • cancel the order and refund the product cost, excluding any express shipping fees paid.

Delays & lost parcels
If your order is delayed or appears to be lost:

  • please check your tracking information first and contact Australia Post with your tracking number

  • if you still need assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your Hoodie Hoo pieces. If there is an issue with your order, here is how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Change of mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as the postage cost of any replacement item.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and any fault.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, and in line with the Australian Consumer Law, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return shipping costs (faulty, damaged or incorrect items)
If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs, provided proof of postage is supplied.

  • your full name

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you wish to return

  • the reason for return

  • photos, if relevant.

Refund processing times
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, or confirm the issue, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that banks and card providers may take several business days to show the refund in your account.

Sale items & promotions
Sale items: Returns on sale items are only accepted if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Promotions and bundles: If items purchased as part of a promotion or bundle are returned, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the revised order value after the promotion or bundle discount is removed.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
