We do our best to display product colours, details and sizing accurately. However:

  • Colours may appear slightly different on different screens/devices

  • All measurements are approximate

  • Limited runs and seasonal drops may sell out without notice

This means we can’t guarantee that colours and fit will always match your expectations exactly, but we will always do our best to describe items clearly.

4. Pricing & availability

All prices are shown in AUD (Australian dollars) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time

  • Correct any pricing errors that may occur

  • Limit quantities of certain items

If there is a pricing or stock error with your order, we may contact you to cancel or amend the order and issue a refund where applicable.

5. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products you’ve selected.

Your order is only confirmed when:

  • Payment has been successfully processed, and

  • You receive an order confirmation email from us

We may cancel an order (and refund you) if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • There is a pricing or description error

  • We suspect fraud or misuse

You must provide accurate and complete information (name, address, email, payment details). We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect details.

6. Shipping & delivery

We ship orders using third-party carriers. Estimated delivery timeframes and shipping details are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Once your order has been dispatched, risk in the products passes to you. Title (ownership) passes when payment has been received in full.

Any delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
